At least 1 year of sales/industry experience is required.

Plan and schedule all construction activities on homes from start to finish in the assigned community.
Inspect and ensure that work follows City/County/State requirements and building codes.
Maintain the construction documents (lot files, trade associate files, and plan rack) at the job site so that all pertinent information is readily available to management and the other field associates.
At least 5 years of new home construction experience required.
Plan and direct construction activities in the field either directly or through utilizing your construction personnel.
Responsible for the profitability of the homes being built in their subdivisions and managing all costs by reviewing field purchase orders.
Interfacing with public agencies in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, or working with the drafting and starts departments in obtaining these permits and approvals.
Total involvement with training, communication, and development of field personnel.
Oversee field operations, productions times, and ensure quality control so that the homes built meet the Lillian Custom Homes standards and are ready for homeowner orientations/occupancy.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Execute the company business plan as it relates to operations and ensure all departments are meeting or exceeding stated goals & objectives.
Responsible for all operational aspects of the design center including, but not limited to, monitoring buyer schedules to ensure that the team remains on track with agreed-upon expectations and staying current on design innovations, trends, and ideas.
The ability to work with web-based computerized design systems is required
Must have a professional attitude and demeanor working in a design showroom environment
