When you work with a lender, you build a relationship with someone who wants to help work with you to determine where your current debt & credit stands. Our lender also helps educate you on the steps you need to get your debt & credit into the adjusted space to secure your loan. Our lender has worked with a large variety of credit scores & they are determined to help do what they can to get you into your very own home.

As the process starts, you set up a phone consultation with our lender (or in person if you so choose). From there, our lender will take a look at your credit so they are able to see where you stand. After this portion is done, they have the ability to give you a plan that will get you where you need to be. Whatever that time frame is, they are there to support and advise you the best they can.
