Purchasing a home is often the biggest investment you will ever make, and we want you to be assured that you are covered. However, please keep in mind that the repair or replacement of any cosmetic or aesthetic issues that were not recorded on your closing documents as a result of your final walkthrough are at the sole discretion of Lillian Custom Homes, their contractors, and Maverick Warranties as to whether or not they will be covered as warrantable items. The 1-year workmanship warranty provides surety coverage from the day of closing. It provides clearly defined construction standards for defects in materials and workmanship for the first year. Consult the Warranty Book for a complete list of coverage details. Warranty does not cover homeowner wear & tear, misuse, or neglect.
